Natalia
Coach
Meet Natalia, a dynamic health and fitness enthusiast who excels as both a coach and a competitor. As a devoted mother of two and a local fitness instructor, Natalia brings her passion for wellness into every aspect of her life. She is an ultra-distance runner, a fierce Crossfit competitor, and a dedicated yogi, embodying the spirit of physical endurance and mental resilience.
Natalia's journey in health and fitness is deeply integrated with her love for nature and adventure. She treasures family travels to National Parks, relishes beach vacations, and enjoys hikes with friends, all of which fuel her holistic approach to health. Her philosophy is rooted in the belief that "True health isn’t found in a mirror or on a scale. Understanding, balancing, and mastering the Lazarus Method’s Essential Health Elements is the way to optimal wellness."
Her professional credentials are equally impressive. Natalia is an ACE Certified Health Coach, Nutrition Consultant, Personal Trainer, and Group Fitness Instructor. She also holds a certification as an Eco-Consultant, reflecting her commitment to sustainable living. Additionally, she is 200-hour Yoga Certified, further enriching her extensive skill set. Natalia's diverse expertise and personal experiences make her the perfect health coach for anyone seeking guidance on their journey to optimal health and performance.
Amelia
Coach
Amelia began her career as a professional ballet dancer in the San Francisco Bay Area, where she honed her dedication to fitness and nutrition, performing as a soloist for five seasons. This early experience laid a solid foundation for her lifelong commitment to health and wellness. Coach Amelia is ACE certified and has coached both individual clients and group fitness classes, including spin, mat pilates, and TRX.
Transitioning from dance to education, Amelia earned a Master's in Education from the University of San Francisco. She spent the first years of her educational career teaching middle school and was honored as "Teacher of the Year" by her colleagues after just four years. In 2020, as a new mom and wife, Amelia pivoted to establish a successful tutoring business that has since served over 75 students in the Danville area, recognized for her positive energy and approachability.
Amelia is excited to bring her unique blend of educational experience and passion for health and wellness for participants in The Lazarus Method, where she continues to inspire and promote holistic health and personal growth.
